This abstract beetle illustration demonstrates core design fundamentals, such as symmetry, balance, and contrast with simple geometric shapes.

This illustration explores the power of line as a primary design element. Using flowing, rhythmic lines, the composition shapes two expressive faces connected through visual movement and negative space.
This project also explores variations of line weight, repetition, and directional flow in order to create depth, emotion, and a sense of communication through implied "resonance".

This black and white composition explores the principles of value and symmetrical balance. The repetition and rotation of abstract and geometric forms to create a kaleidoscopic pattern that blurs the distinction between positive and negative space with gradients.

This illustration uses a minimalistic approach while creating a complex narrative.
To create it, I used simplified shapes and "patriotic" colors to form a symbolic representation of a uterus. Which merges political commentary towards women's choice/anatomical right of their body.

This portrait demonstrates a dynamic use of chromatic variation through a limited palette of purples and pinks. The painting uses high-contrast color placement to create depth and imagery to create a portrait of Lady Gaga while instilling color harmony & methods of value.
